Abstract: A device configuration method, apparatus, and system based on Network Configuration Protocol (NETCONF), and belong to the field of communications technologies. The method includes establishing, by a network management device, a model of configuration data using a predefined Yet Another Next Generation (YANG) model, and sending the configuration data to a managed device based on NETCONF. The predefined YANG model includes n reference fields and one or more object fields separately corresponding to each reference field. Hence, resolves problems that when an extension field is added to a NETCONF message to indicate a target lower-level device of configuration data in the NETCONF message in a device cascading scenario, solution universality is relatively poor, configuration processing efficiency is relatively low, and a data storage processing procedure is relatively complex.

Abstract: A traffic offloading method, apparatus, and system, relates to the field of communications technologies, and resolves a problem of difficulty in implementing traffic offloading on a downstream node in a solution of the prior art. The method may include receiving, by a downstream node, flow table support capability information of an upstream node, determining, according to the flow table support capability information, whether the upstream node supports a downstream node flow table, where the downstream node flow table includes at least one flow entry, and each flow entry corresponds to one flow, and sending the downstream node flow table to the upstream node when the upstream node supports the downstream node flow table.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, an apparatus, and a system for data transmission. A network device receives a first multicast protocol packet sent by a network virtualization edge, NVE, for joining a multicast group, obtains first information, establishes an NVE interface of the multicast group according to the first information, and determines second information according to the first information, wherein the first information comprises a correspondence between each NVE connected to the network device and a multicast group to which each NVE belongs, and the second information comprises each multicast group in which the network device is involved; and sends the second information to a NVO3 manager, so that the NVO3 manager establishes a unicast tunnel interface of the multicast group between the network device and the at least one another network device according to the second information.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for processing a multicast group, a DCI router, and a system. A data center interconnect (DCI) router of a first DC acquires multicast group information of a subnet in the first DC, where a first protocol is used for communications in the first DC; and sends a multicast processing request message encapsulated by a second protocol to a second DC, where the multicast processing request message includes the multicast group information. In this way, multicast groups in different DCs having same multicast group information establish a connection to form a cross-DC multicast group, and VMs in the same multicast group distributed in different DCs can implement cross-DC communicating.

Abstract: A method for carrying multiple services includes: transmitting services to bearer channels at a physical port of an XDSL chipset according to different requirements of the services on service latency; and mapping the services on the bearer channels into different latency paths according to preset relations between the bearer channels and the latency paths. Network apparatus for carrying multiple services are also provided. The embodiments of the present invention enable different services to be transmitted on different latency paths, by which the requirements of different services on both transmission latency and transmission quality are fulfilled. The embodiments of the present invention also remedy the defect in ADSL and VDSL technologies that XDSL chipset does not support multiple latency paths, which improves the application of XDSL technology and further improves user satisfaction.
