Abstract: The present application discloses a beamforming antenna device and a method for operating a beamforming antenna device. The beamforming antenna device includes a plurality of antenna elements and a plurality of sub-arrays. The plurality of sub-arrays are coupled to the plurality of antenna elements. Each of the sub-arrays is coupled to its adjacent sub-arrays of the plurality of sub-arrays, and at least a portion of the plurality of sub-arrays form a sub-array chain.

Abstract: A metal or alloy powder is cold sprayed onto a turbine engine component to form a bond coat. The bond coat is shot peened with particles at a sufficient velocity to compact and smooth the bond coat surface. The smooth surface promotes the formation of a stable and adhered alumina TGO layer. According to another embodiment, the bond coat is instead cold sprayed with particles at a velocity that is sufficient for the particles to compact and smooth the bond coat, and that is insufficient for the particles to bond with the bond coat. For both embodiments, a heat treatment process under controlled atmosphere may be necessary to promote bonding between bond coat and substrate and as a pre-oxidation step to form the TGO layer.

Abstract: A communication method, device and system for implementing a scheduling communication service are provided. The communication system includes: a switch, a scheduling application server, and a scheduling terminal, the switch transfers a request message or a response message with a scheduling terminal as a caller or a callee to the scheduling application server, the scheduling application server stores session parameters of the scheduling terminal, determines the type of the call request message, converts the request message into one or more common call requests or response messages that can be identified by the switch, and sends the converted messages to the switch.

Abstract: Processes for the production of isoflavones are described wherein plant material from plants of the genus leguminosae are contacted with water, an enzyme which cleaves isoflavone glycosides to the aglucone form and a C2-C10 organic solvent, so as to form a combination, incubating the combination for a time sufficient to allow isoflavones of the aglucone form to partition into the organic solvent component, and thereafter recovering isoflavones from the organic solvent component.
