Patent number: 8951626Abstract: A hygiene or wiping product includes at least one ply of a fibrous web containing cellulose fibers and having a graphical pattern of at least first and second areas. The ply contains a coloring compound providing a coloration of the ply in the first area. The coloring compound is at least partly chemically destroyed in the second area so that the ply is less colored in the second area than in the first area. A method for producing such a ply includes the steps of providing a fibrous web containing a coloring compound, which provides a uniform coloration in at least a portion of the web, and applying a bleaching agent to a part of the colored portion of the web to at least partly decolor the web in the part generating a pattern of at least first colored and second less colored areas.Type: GrantFiled: April 7, 2008Date of Patent: February 10, 2015Assignee: SCA Hygiene Products ABInventors: Harald Harlacher, Joachim Leonhardt

Publication number: 20100021696Abstract: A method of manufacturing a hygiene product, includes the steps of providing at least a first web (1) and a second web (2), pre-treating the first web and/or the second web, embossing the first web with a décor embossing pattern in a first décor embossing zone (38) having a décor embossing roll (34), and laminating together the first web and the second web in a lamination zone (30), the lamination zone being defined between the décor embossing roll and a lamination roll (36), wherein the décor embossing roll and the lamination roll have a generally-equal surface hardness.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 13, 2006Publication date: January 28, 2010Applicant: SCA HYGIENE PRODUCTS GMBHInventors: Walter Hill, Thomas Heilemann, Joachim Leonhardt, Harald Harlacher, Ferdinand Hein

Publication number: 20070042209Abstract: Adhesive (a1, a2) as a pattern of deposits is applied on both sides of a hydrophilic spunbond non-woven inner ply (B) of low grammage and no or low adhesion ability. Together with this inner ply (B) a three ply planar absorbent product is made with tissue outer plies (A,C) by exerting pressure on the adhesive such that the adhesive penetrates through the inner ply (B) for achieving ply bonding between the inner ply (B) and the opposite outer ply (C). The different adhesive patterns do not disturb each other because they do not coincide.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 31, 2006Publication date: February 22, 2007Inventors: Emmanuelle Morin, Hein Ferdinand, Gunther Zoller, Harald Harlacher, Joachim Leonhardt

Patent number: 4468970Abstract: An apparatus for the approximate determination of forces acting on a support frame which has a compression member disposed between two pressure plates. The compression member has a coating of a material such as enamel which separates from the member as a function of the members' deformation under compressive forces and thus is an indicator of the magnitude of such forces.Type: GrantFiled: June 9, 1982Date of Patent: September 4, 1984Assignee: Bergwerksverband GmbHInventors: Joachim Leonhardt, Bruno Wagener, Hans-Dieter Klein, Wilfried Siefer, Dieter Orbach
