  • Patent number: 11976409
Abstract: A disclosed dryer includes a receptacle configured to contain material to be dried, an air duct configured to route recirculating air and/or fresh air to the receptacle, a heating device configured to heat the recirculating air, and at least one sensor. The sensor is configured to determine a relative humidity and/or temperature, and the air duct includes at least one adjusting element configured to modify a portion of recirculating air routed to the receptacle. The dryer further includes a control or regulating device configured to control or regulate the portion of recirculating air routed to the receptacle and/or a heating capacity of the heating device during a drying process. A disclosed method includes controlling a portion of recirculating air routed to the receptacle and/or a heating capacity of the heating device. Further, a mixture of recirculating air and fresh air are varied during heat-up, drying, and cool-down phases.

  • Patent number: 5992345
Abstract: A process and a device for producing sausage casings which bear a coating of spice particles on the inside are distinguished in that the inside of the sausage casing is provided with an adhesive coating which hardens from the liquid state and the spice particles are projected against the adhesive coating while it remains adhesive. The production of the spice particle coating can be interrupted in sections, that is to say in the sections predetermined for tying off individual sausage casings.

  • Patent number: 5638793
Abstract: A fuel injection pump for internal combustion engines in which to control the fuel injection quantities with the internal combustion engine cold, a first control edge is provided. For controlling the start of fuel injection with the internal combustion engine hot, a second control edge and a third control edge are provided. Assigned to respective control edges are provided a first and second oblique control edge, by means of which an effective pump piston feed stroke is controlled according to the rotary position of the pump piston. To switch off the internal combustion engine, in the region of transition from the first control edge to the second control edge the assignment of this second control edge to the second oblique control edge is provided in such a way that injection ceases on account of an overlap with a control port.
