  • Publication number: 20240074607
Abstract: A steam cooking apparatus has a cooking chamber, and a heating chamber adjacent the cooking chamber used for heating air laden with steam. Further, a steam heater is provided in the cooking chamber. Air and steam are circulated between the cooking chamber and the heating chamber, by means of an air circulation arrangement. A food support is provided for mounting in the cooking chamber. The food support has a bottom surface which includes a channel arrangement for positioning over the steam heater. The channel arrangement results in desired flow conditions over the steam heater to enable efficient generation of steam.

  • Publication number: 20240049901
Abstract: A cooking apparatus has a cooking chamber and a heating chamber adjacent the cooking chamber used for heating air laden with steam. Air and steam is circulated between the cooking chamber and the heating chamber, through a vent arrangement. A food support is provided for mounting in the cooking chamber, having at least perforated basket and a lid plate for mounting over the basket. This enables two different cooking characteristics, at different height in the cooking chamber.

  • Publication number: 20230284824
Abstract: A tray for receiving food for a cooking device is described. The cooking device includes a housing defining a cooking chamber, the housing having an opening providing access to the cooking chamber. The cooking device further includes a tray including a body defining a base, and a handle attached to the body. The tray may be received in the housing through the opening, and may be removable from the housing through the opening. When the tray is received in the housing, the handle is moveable with respect to the housing between an extended position, in which the handle extends out of the cooking chamber, and a retracted position, in which the handle is received within the cooking chamber. The cooking device furthermore includes a moving mechanism for moving the handle to the extended position. The handle of the tray may be biased to the extended position.

  • Patent number: 10729269
Abstract: An attachment (60) for a spout (140) of a food processing apparatus (10), including a housing (70) with a liquid inlet (80), a front face (160), and a liquid outlet (100). The housing defines a posterior cavity (110) that removably receives the spout and position the liquid inlet next to the spout. The attachment also includes a drip-stop flap (150) which is attached to and covers the front face of the housing. The drip-stop flap reversibly pivots about a horizontal pivot axis between a closed position where the liquid outlet is blocked by a sealing element on the flap, and an open position where the liquid outlet is exposed.
