The first and second side panels are integrally interconnected along their respective top and bottom edges to form a substantially hollow shell structure at least partially enclosing a shell cavity defined between the laterally spaced apart first and second side panels. The hollow shell structure defines a rear opening between the rear upper portion and the rear mounting portion that communicates with the shell cavity.
