The reserved tender advance facility may be supplemented for first-loss or principal risk by the delivery of equity either in cash or in the form of an equity letter of credit. The reserved tender advance facility is maintained on standby until such time as a drawing made there under is received. Financing instruments, in reliance upon the credit-worthiness of reserved tender advance facility provider, are sold to eligible investors. Proceeds from the sale of the financing instruments are deposited in at least one account from which the proceeds will be invested in eligible investments.
