  • Patent number: 8435934
Abstract: An environmentally friendly hydrogen peroxide cleaning and sanitizing solution is disclosed that may be used for cleaning, deodorizing, sanitizing and scale inhibiting in toilets and urinals in washroom and toilet areas. The solution also has the added benefit of eliminating odors and reducing corrosion in the washroom plumbing. The present cleaning and sanitizing solution consists of distilled water, hydrogen peroxide, a surfactant, a hydrogen peroxide stabilizer, a chelating agent, and corrosion inhibitors. The pH of the cleaning and sanitizing solution is greater than 6.0, and typically about 6.0 to about 8.0. The present cleaning, sanitizing, deodorizing and scale inhibiting solution is distributed to the washroom fixtures by means of refillable pump systems commonly known in the art.

  • Publication number: 20120160338
Abstract: A drip line installation kit apparatus and method is provided for puncturing a conduit. The kit includes a clamping means having a clamp member to engage the conduit, the clamp member having a guiding channel oriented at a predefined angle to the conduit. A coupling means engages the guiding channel and a punch fits within the coupling means so as to align with the guiding channel and maintain a conduit puncturing punch end at the predefined angle to the conduit. A punch press engages the coupling means and drives the punch into the conduit thereby puncturing the conduit.

  • Patent number: 7256694
Abstract: A lid opening and closing system for a waste container having an opening and a lid for covering the opening, the system including a proximity sensor, which may be a capacitive proximity sensor, for sensing the presence of a user's hand or body near the waste container and for sending a control signal. A drive system is connected to the lid for causing the lid to move from a closed position, where the lid covers the opening, to an open position, where the waste container is positioned to accept waste, and then back to the closed position in response to the control signal. The proximity sensor being more sensitive to the user's hand or body approaching from the top of the waste container rather than from the front, sides or back of the waste container.

  • Patent number: 6120743
Abstract: A disposal system for the convenient and hygienic disposal of sanitary napkins detoxifies, sanitizes and deodorizes the sanitary napkins and prevents viewing of the unsightly disposed waste. The disposal system includes a secure rugged box-like container assembly having an opening at the top and a cover that fits over the opening. The cover has an access opening at the top and a lid pivotably securable to the cover, the lid formed in the shape of a wedge-shaped scoop, pivotal within the opening in the cover between a fully closed position that substantially seals the container to reduce evaporation and a fully opened position that permits waste material to be deposited into the container, prevents viewing of the contents of the container and controls any splashing. The disposal system includes a government-approved germicidal solution within the container, the solution including a blend of organic quaternary ammonium compound, isopropyl alcohol and fragrance.
