Abstract: A method of creating a database of vehicle operation comprising recording data at regular intervals and time marking the data. The method also includes recording vehicle location data and uploading the data to a CPU or server. The method further includes collecting data utilizing on-board diagnostic components (OBD) and ground positioning satellite (GPS) systems whereby operator identifiable behavior can be rated for driving safety and other characteristics.
