  • Publication number: 20220015805
Abstract: The invention consists of an expansion catheter for intrauterine placement, featuring anatomical characteristics adaptable to the different morphologies of the uterine organ in its internal cavities, and which efficiently enables the dilatation and separation of the internal walls of the cavity subsequent to their reduction in the surgical process of endometrial scraping in the different surgical techniques of the procedure, in order to serve as a separator and isolator in the prevention of intrauterine adhesions, facilitating drainage both internally through the device and perimetrally. The device, containing an expansion device in a collapsed state, is placed in the uterus by means of an insertion device with the aid of a pusher, which is discarded together with the insertion device once the unit is in place.

  • Publication number: 20210205023
Abstract: Real-time localization system for minimal light surgical interventions, probe or fiber laser for internal surgery, composed of a probe or fiber optic laser, associated with the corresponding hysteroscope, an ultrasound machine with 3D technology and active image management, both associated with a control unit with a user interface and at least one screen for monitoring the location status of the optical fiber, for the emission of the laser and for the angle of incidence in the degree of temperature transfer to the myometrial wall, with the peculiarity that the ultrasound system has a system for guiding and monitoring its position on the skin layer of the patient, while the probe or optical fiber has a main fiber bundle for the transmission of the evaporation laser beam to a certain wavelength and at a certain power, modulated and controlled from the control unit, as well as a second beam of emission and reception bidirectional by rebound effect, pulsed laser for the practice of thermography, having provided t

  • Publication number: 20210161531
Abstract: The stapler of the invention is a surgical stapler/cutter that allows latero-lateral intestinal anastomosis, for both open surgery and laparoscopic surgery, at a distance from the openings used to insert the instrument. The stapler is based on the conventional structure of this type of stapler, and one of the fundamental features thereof is that an interspace (12) that determines a space for inserting the free ends (13, 13?) of the tissues (8, 8?) to be joined, is determined between an articulation shaft (3) of the two jaws (4, 5) of the stapler and the front end at which are disposed forms (6) and vertically movable teeth (9) on which staples (7) are disposed. This prevents the staples for the anastomosis and those for the removal of the pathological area from crossing when the area to be removed is cut.
