    Abstract: An apparatus for securing an article to an external object includes at least one cuff member. The at least one cuff member may be adapted to receive a portion of the article. Further, the at least one cuff member may include a strap member extending from an outer surface thereof. The strap member is adapted to be adjustably wrapped and secured around the at least one cuff member and a portion of the external object for securing the article to the external object.
