  • Patent number: 11924251
Abstract: A system and method for cybersecurity reconnaissance, analysis, and scoring that uses distributed, cloud-based computing services to provide sufficient scalability for analysis of enterprise IT networks using only publicly available characterizations. The system and method comprise an in-memory associative array which manages a queue of vulnerability search tasks through a public-facing proxy network. The public-facing proxy network has search nodes configurable to present the network to search tools in a desired manner to control certain aspects of the search to obtain the desired results. A distributed data processing engine and cloud-based storage are used to provide scalable computing power and storage. Each of the cloud-based computing services is containerized and orchestrated for management and efficient scaling purposes.

  • Patent number: 11912370
Abstract: A frame for an electric bicycle, such as a long-tail electric cargo bicycle, is described. The bike frame, in some embodiments, includes cross members that connect a rear rack of the bicycle to a head tube of the bicycle via a seat tube of the bicycle. Via the multiple connection points, the cross members mitigate side to side movement, such as waggling, of the rear rack of the bicycle.

  • Patent number: 11841360
Abstract: Provided is an ex vivo system allowing for assessment of tumor and other cell responses to pluralities of agents or agent combinations using a microdose delivery microdevice implanted into an ex vivo tissue sample. The microdevice permits localized intra-tissue sample agent delivery and provides the ability to predict the drug efficacy within days after application. Systems for maintaining tissue samples ex vivo over hours to weeks are provided, which can be used to house tissue samples during exposure of the tissue to microdoses of agents applied using the delivery microdevices. Also provided are biomarkers (galectin and/or neuropilin) useful in evaluating the efficacy of agents.

  • Publication number: 20230260116
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatuses for detecting and describing heterogeneity in a cell sample are disclosed herein. A plurality of fields of view (FOV) are generated for one or more areas of interest (AOI) within an image of the cell sample are generated. Hyperspectral or multispectral data from each FOV is organized into an image stack containing one or more z-layers, with each z-layer containing intensity data for a single marker at each pixel in the FOV. A cluster analysis is applied to the image stacks, wherein the clustering algorithm groups pixels having a similar ratio of detectable marker intensity across layers of the z-axis, thereby generating a plurality of clusters having similar expression patterns.

  • Publication number: 20220388600
Abstract: Electric bicycles having partially integrated batteries, as well as down tubes that accommodate such batteries, controllers, and other components, are described. Further, controller mount components and wiring harnesses are also described. Thus, in some embodiments, an electric bicycle includes various devices or components that facilitate easy and efficient mounting of electrical components (e.g., batteries, controllers, cables and/or wires, and so on) to or within frame components of the electric bicycle.

  • Publication number: 20220378243
Abstract: A carafe for holding a liquid includes a body having a cavity that is operable to hold a liquid, and a vent that allows fluid, such as air, to flow out of the cavity to the ambient environment, and from the ambient environment into the cavity, while liquid flows into and out of the cavity. The cavity has a mouth through which liquid flows when the liquid flows into the cavity and out of the cavity. The vent includes a passage that extends into the cavity of the body and has a first opening at a first end of the passage, a second opening at a second end of the passage. The passage's first opening is located in the cavity, the passage's second opening is located at the cavity's mouth. The passage is configured such that only the first opening and the second opening allow fluid access into the passage, and air inside of the cavity flows out of the cavity through the second opening when liquid flows into the cavity through the mouth.
