Abstract: A system and methods to integrate, secure and simplify transaction conducted by means of a mobile electronic communications device such as a cell phone or smartphone, combining biometric identification, computer software applications resident in the device's memory, PAN (personal area network) and data storage and transmission means, such system and methods being useful in credit or debit card transactions, automated transmission and retrieval of private medical information and the retrieval of law enforcement data, among other possible uses, purposes and applications.
