    Abstract: First means are provided which removably engage an upwardly extending tubular member. Support means for the safety valve sub are pivotally connected to the first means. Means are provided to secure the support means and the first means in axial alignment when the support means is tiltably moved to such position and rotatable means are carried by the support means to rotate the safety valve sub to connect it with an upwardly extending tubular member.
