  • Publication number: 20230404085
Abstract: A system and method to control the power supplied to heating elements of a conveyor oven. The conveyor oven includes a plurality of heating elements to evenly distribute heat in an oven compartment. During peak-loads, the current draw of the heating elements may exceed available power of a power supply. Therefore, a system and method to reduce the total current draw of the plurality of heating elements is provided. The system includes a controller configured to perform the methods disclosed herein. The methods effectively lower the total current draw by rapidly cycling a plurality of relays connected to each of the plurality of heating elements to achieve even distribution of heat and reduced current draw during peak-loads.

  • Patent number: 11297772
Abstract: A grow light system for growing plants. The grow light system can have a carrier board assembly containing a plurality of apertures and a plurality of LED modules and secondary LED modules removably engaged with the carrier board in the apertures and forming a gap between LED module and the carrier board. The grow light system can be configured to draw air through the gap over the LEDs and along the heat sink fin to reduce the temperature of the LED module. A plurality of the LED modules can be connected in series and the carrier board can include a dedicated receptacle for a single LED module that is not connected in series with the remaining LED modules.

  • Patent number: 10511121
Abstract: Cable connection assemblies for marine propulsion, and associated systems and methods are disclosed. A representative connection assembly includes a multi-conductor cable having two high voltage power conductor lines, two low voltage power conductor lines, two interlock lines, and two signal lines. The assembly further includes a connector having a connector body carrying connection elements corresponding to each of the conductor lines, interlock lines, and signal lines. In further representative embodiments, one or more of the connection elements can be housed in corresponding insulating bodies. In still further representative embodiments, the assembly can be configured so that the high voltage lines are the first to mate, and the last to un-mate, which, together with the interlock loop, can reduce or eliminate the likelihood for high voltage arcing.

  • Publication number: 20180040039
Abstract: In one embodiment, a method includes receiving input data related to a driver's vehicle and displaying a stock image of the driver's vehicle. The stock image includes multiple selectable body parts. The method further includes receiving a selection of a particular vehicle body part on the stock image that corresponds to a damaged body part of the driver's vehicle and displaying a partitioned image of the selected vehicle body part. The partitioned image includes multiple selectable regions. The method further includes receiving a selection of one or more particular regions of the partitioned image and determining a status of the damaged body part. The status indicates either to repair or to replace the damaged body part. The method further includes determining a line-item estimate for the damaged body part of the driver's vehicle and displaying one or more costs associated with the determined line-item estimate.
