The displacement member (6) is in functional connection with the drum device (5) and the agitating device (2) and the displacement member (6), depending on the direction of rotation of the drum device (5), can be wound onto the drum device (5) or unwound from the drum device (5) in sections, so that the agitating device (2) can be displaced upwardly or downwardly.

Abstract: A biogas plant service device and an associated biogas plant with a service shaft for biogas plants includes a fermentation tank with a tank wall, a fermentation tank interior and a tank cover covering the fermentation tank interior. The service shaft has a service opening to carry out the assembly, disassembly and maintenance of the plant, such as, a stirrer. The service shaft is arranged on a tank roof covering the fermenter tank interior for sealing the tank roof. An assembly rod is provided extending into the fermentation mass in the fermentation tank interior from the service shaft and at a distance from the tank wall. The service shaft is fixed to a support frame which has a support section, with a fixing apparatus provided on the support section by means of which the support section can be aligned and fixed outside the fermentation tank interior.

Abstract: A biogas plant and a servicing device for a biogas plant having a servicing unit and a servicing section, the biogas plant includes a fermenter tank with a fermentation section and a gas section at an interior space of the fermenter tank. The fermenter tank is closed gas-tight by a gas closing wall disposed at the fermenter tank. The servicing unit is provided with a movable sealing device having at least one retention wall of a flexible material and when installed as intended can be moved between an inoperative position and a sealing position. The sealing device is suitable to separate the servicing section substantially gas-tight from the gas section in the sealing position.

Abstract: Digester of a biogas plant including a digester wall and a digester interior and a digester roof inclined to the horizontal and flexible in design and including an agitator device for stirring a substrate in the digester interior. The agitator device comprises a guiding unit, a support unit, and an adjustable agitating unit accommodated at the guiding unit. The support unit is fastened to the digester wall for supporting the guiding unit. The agitating unit is provided to be height-adjustable and an adjustment device is provided for displacing the agitating unit. The top end of the guiding unit extends up to and beyond a top end of the digester wall and terminates beneath the digester roof within the digester interior.
