  • Publication number: 20220089307
Abstract: The invention relates to a bag contour welding tool for welding a foil to form an open bag, where the bag contour welding tool has a recess between two head lines, to a device for filling this bag with this bag contour welding unit, to a welding tool for airtight sealing of an opening of a bag for medical purposes with a bag contour welding unit, to a method of filling a bag with a device that has a filling needle, the bag being manufactured with a bag contour welding tool, to a method of manufacturing a bag with a bag contour welding tool, to a plant for manufacturing and filling a bag, the bag being manufactured with a bag contour welding unit, and to a bag which is manufactured and filled with this plant. The invention allows a filling of a bag, in particular a bag for medical purposes, without the necessity of providing a filling port on the bag. In this way, resources and costs can be saved, preventing damage to the environment.

  • Publication number: 20210382330
Abstract: A data record contains at least the following data values: spatial coordinates of a reference point at each eye of the wearer; a spatial direction vector for specifying a viewing direction of the wearer through the spectacle lens; and a spatial rim curve or edge curve. The data record can be used to produce a spectacle lens. A method and a computer program for generating the data record, and a method for producing the spectacle lens are also disclosed. It is possible to produce the spectacle lens after a single capture of a data record for adapting the spectacle lenses to the wearer of the pair of spectacles and to the spectacle frame selected by the wearer. A different spectacle lens as the spectacle lens originally selected can subsequently be used as the spectacle lens without having to record a further data record for the adaptation for the wearer.

  • Patent number: 10899087
Abstract: The invention relates to a plastic-processing joining system and to a method for operating a plastics-processing joining system. It is known to feed plastics components by means of transport systems for processing purposes to a main material transport means, for example moving film path, in order to produce bags for medical purposes. Individually controlled movable workpiece carriers for the components are provided, or in addition to a work conveyor path for the workpiece carriers, a path for temporary parking is provided for a separate multitude of workpiece carriers.

  • Patent number: 10531978
Abstract: A system for the production of a medical product, above all in the form of an ostomy bag, as well as a method for operation of such a system, uses a highly flexible modular system concept, in which individual feed lines for semi-finished products are provided. The feed lines can transfer semi-finished products to a main line in pre-assembled manner. In the main line, ultimate processing of the semi-finished products to produce the finished product or a further semi-finished product takes place, with the greatest possible work precision, in contrast to conventional systems that guide different film systems in different planes at a distance from one another, to allow pre-processing steps, before bringing the films together in one plane and welded to one another.

  • Patent number: 8766148
Abstract: A baking oven for producing baked molded products. The baking oven has an input station, a baking area and an output station. In addition, the oven has baking plates, which are arranged along a circulation path passing through the baking area, and a conveying device for the baking plates. The baking plates are in the form of susceptor plates, which can be heated inductively without contact. An induction heating device is provided in the baking area. This device includes at least one elongated inductor, which is arranged parallel to the circulation path of the baking plates and extends along the circulation path over a plurality of susceptor plates. • Publication number: 20120275260
Abstract: A mixing device has a frame, a cylindrical mixing container that is open toward the top, and a single-shaft agitator. A vertical agitator shaft extends into the mixing container from beneath. The agitator is an agitator without a stator and includes a rotor body arranged just above the container bottom in the mixing container. The rotor body is surrounded by a ring-shaped clearance between the rotor body and the container wall. Above the base plate fastened to the agitator shaft, the rotor body is provided with an inner clearance above the agitator shaft, mixing blades vertically arranged about the clearance, and flow channels arranged between the blades. The channels are delimited toward the top by a cover plate that is connected to the upper edges of the mixing blades. The cover plate is formed with a void arranged in the center and above the inner clearance.

  • Patent number: 7690102
Abstract: An apparatus includes a crimping device for producing individual, pillow-shaped, preferably filled, hollow bodies from plastically deformable tubes separated transversely to their longitudinal direction and delimited at opposite ends by crimped edges. The crimping device has at least one elongate crimping unit assigned to the longitudinal direction of the tubes, on which a row of crimping tools is disposed one behind the other in the longitudinal direction. Each crimping tool has a stationary crimping jaw fixed in the frame and a movable crimping jaw lying opposite to the fixed jaw in the transverse direction and disposed on a carriage movable back and forth in the transverse direction in the frame. All of the movable crimping jaws may be fastened on the carriage to actuate all of the crimping tools simultaneously and thereby separate a tube into a number of hollow bodies.
