  • Patent number: 6575724
Abstract: An apparatus for the production of ring-shaped bodies of concrete, such as pit linings, pipes or the like. The apparatus includes a liftable and lowerable exterior mold, a mold space radially limiting the mold core toward the inside, at least one shaking device for introducing vibrations into the filled-in concrete, a bottom faucet closing the mold space at the bottom for shaping the lower centering end of the ring-shaped body, an upper mold faucet for shaping the upper centering end of the ring-shaped body. The apparatus also comprises an upper ring-shaped collar and a liftable and lowerable, rotatable pressure head and includes a coupling device which is provided with at least two clamping units distributed on the circumference of the pressure head, the motor-operated clamping jaws of said clamping units engaging the ring-shaped collar of the mold faucet.

  • Patent number: 6464443
Abstract: An installation is described for hardening tubular concrete workpieces (1) in chambers (2) which are open at the top, can be closed with cover plates (3) and can be subjected to vapor and which can be charged with the aid of an overhead travelling crane (6) bearing a hoist (9) for workpieces (1). In order to achieve an advantageous construction constellation it is recommended that the overhead travelling crane (6) for the workpieces (1) has a gripping device for the cover plates (3) of the chambers (2).

  • Publication number: 20020095757
Abstract: An apparatus for pulling a molding ring off a neck of a concrete tubular workpiece formed by the molding ring comprises two clamping jaws positioned diametrically opposite each other with respect to a vertical axis of the tubular workpiece, the clamping jaws overlapping the molding ring from above and engaging the workpiece below the molding ring. A supporting structure displaceably supports the clamping jaws, and a lifting device is arranged on the supporting structure for two pull-off catches arranged diametrically opposite each other with respect to the molding ring, the pull-off catches subtending an undercut of the molding ring. According to the invention, carriages are provided for the clamping jaws and pull-off catches, the carriages being adjustable in opposite directions along coaxial guides.

  • Patent number: 6000904
Abstract: There is described an apparatus for storing and conveying standing, tubular workpieces (1) made of concrete in layers arranged one above the other, comprising a load pick-up device (6) to be connected to a hoist (2) and designed for at least two workpieces (1), which load pick-up device consists of a holding frame (11) extending above the workpieces (1) to be picked up and of holding arms (14) encompassing the workpieces (1) on the outside, which holding arms are mounted on the holding frame (11) so as to be movable transverse to the workpieces (1) and engage below a flange (15) of a bottom ring (16) of the workpieces (1), and comprising storage racks (21) to be coupled individually to the load pick-up device (6) and bridging the workpieces in the manner of a portal for accommodating the workpieces (1) in a further layer.

  • Patent number: 5894858
Abstract: There is described a device for shutting off the feed or discharge pipe (1) of a mobility separator, comprising a shutting flap (3) which in dependence on the position of a float (2) can be swivelled from an open position into a closed position about a rotational axis (5) extending transverse to the pipe axis. To create advantageous constructional conditions it is proposed to provide the feed or discharge pipe (1) with a sealing (6) at the end face for the shutting flap (3) pivotally mounted with a radial distance with respect to the feed or discharge pipe (1), where the housing (4) of said shutting flap axially adjoining the feed or discharge pipe (1) constitutes a discharge opening.

  • Patent number: 5533885
Abstract: It is desired to simplify the design of an apparatus for manufacturing annular or tubular workpieces from concrete, which comprises a mold having a vertical axis and a mold cavity between a core and a shell. The shell surrounds and is radially spaced from the core, and the mold cavity, is adapted to be filled with concrete from above a feeding and distributing devices is radially guided relative to the mold and serve to feed and distribute the concrete which is to be dispensed into the mold cavity. A mold press, which comprises a vertical ram that carries a mold ring, is adapted to close the mold cavity at its top, and which press is radially displaceable relative to the mold. The feeding and distributing device for the concrete and they the molding press are mounted on a carriage, which is guided to be radially displaceable relative to the mold, and they are arranged on the carriage one behind the other in the direction in which it is displaceable.
