A two-fold adjustment is possible by mounting each cutting blade on an upper section of an insert mounted in a recess of a support or support ring sector. The upper insert section is secured to a lower insert section. The lower insert section is radially adjustable. The upper insert section is axially adjustable. Each adjustment can be made independently of the other adjustment.
