  • Publication number: 20210178419
Abstract: The present disclosure includes a method for producing a printed circuit board having at least one coating includes mixing a first component with a second component of a two component coating system to form a coating mixture by means of a dynamic mixer or by means of a static-dynamic mixer. The method also includes supplying the coating mixture to an output unit, and coating the printed circuit board by outputting the coating mixture using the output unit onto the printed circuit board. The output unit is moved automatically in at least one, two, or three dimensions relative to the printed circuit board. The mixer is connected with the output unit in such a manner that it is moved together with the output unit relative to the printed circuit board. The present disclosure also includes a coating head for performing the method.

  • Patent number: 9782798
Abstract: The measuring tube of the in-line measuring device is formed by means of a support tube and a liner internally lining the support tube. The liner adheres to the support tube, with interposition of a mediating primer. Both the primer and the liner are composed, at least in part, of polyurethane. Especially, both the polyurethane of the liner and also the polyurethane of the primer are suitable for drinking water applications, so that the in-line measuring device itself is also suited for measuring drinking water.

  • Patent number: 8464595
Abstract: A plastic is manufactured on the basis of at least four starting components (A, B, C, F) of which at least a first primary component (A) and a second primary component (B) can react with one another. A chemical reaction of the two primary components (A, B) is accelerated in such case by addition of at least one secondary component (C) serving as a catalyst. Additionally, according to the method, a tertiary component (F) serves as a filler, especially a color-giving filler. Initially a first multicomponent system (BF; CF; BCF), especially also a storable system, serving as an intermediate component, is formed, which contains, at least in part, both the secondary component (C) as well as also the tertiary component (F). Additionally, on the basis of the first multicomponent system (BF; CF; BCF) a flowable, especially liquid, second multicomponent system (ABCF) is formed, which contains the four starting components (A, B, C, F) in concentrations enabling the chemical reaction of the primary components (A, B).

  • Patent number: 7921735
Abstract: The measuring tube of the in-line measuring device is lined internally with a liner. The liner is made of a polyurethane produced using a catalyst that contains metal-organic compounds. The metals that are brought into the liner and remain there are chemically, especially atomically, bonded to carbon chains formed in the liner. The in-line measuring device is thus especially suited for measuring drinking water.

  • Patent number: 7845238
Abstract: A measuring device, embodied, for example, as an in-line measuring device and/or flow measuring device, serves for registering at least one measured variable of a medium, for example a medium flowing in a pipeline, and is made, at least in part, of a solid, biologically degradable, synthetic material (BDM).
