One described method includes associating provision data with a charge item in a standardized chargemaster data store arranged as a hierarchy. The provision data is associated with provision of a health care-related service by a health-care provider and with a product identifier that is associated with a product. The method also includes associating the charge item with a purchasable item in a standardized item master data store, the purchasable item associated with the health care-related service, associating purchase data with the standardized item master data store, the purchase data associated with the health-care related service, and associating the provision data with the purchase data based at least in part on the hierarchy of the standardized chargemaster.
