    Abstract: Building insulation for installation between joists above a crawl space, basement or garage area comprising a layer of insulating material having a vapor barrier layer on the top thereof and a flexible reticulated member at the bottom thereof, such member having fastening flanges thereon extending downwardly and adapted to be secured to the sides of the joists, whereby the reticulated member supports the insulating material and vapor barrier layer.
