  • Patent number: 12067331
Abstract: A computing system can implement a computer-implemented method for providing selective control of an acoustic environment of a user. The computer-implemented method can include determining a selected audio source of a plurality of audio sources in an environment of a user based at least in part on a selection user input at a peripheral device, where the peripheral device is in communication with the computing system. The computer-implemented method can include receiving a configuration user input at the peripheral device, where the configuration user input is indicative of an intent to configure an audio characteristic associated with the selected audio source. The computer-implemented method can include, in response to receiving the configuration user input, configuring the audio characteristic associated with the selected audio source based at least in part on the configuration user input.

Abstract: Embodiments of negative pressure wound therapy systems, apparatuses, and methods for operating the systems and apparatuses are disclosed. In some embodiments, the apparatus includes a negative pressure source, a connector port, at least one switch, and a controller. The negative pressure source is connected through the connector port to either (i) a wound dressing having a canister configured to store fluid aspirated from the wound or (ii) a wound dressing without a canister between the connector port and the wound dressing. The controller determines, based on a signal received from the at least one switch, whether the canister is positioned in the fluid flow path and adjusts one or more operational parameters of negative pressure wound therapy based on the determination. The switch is activated by the connection of either the canister or canisterless wound dressing to the apparatus.

  • Publication number: 20240256520
Abstract: Displaying visual indications of one or more files that are associated with a file being viewed via an augmented reality headset may be facilitated. In some embodiments, an image of a file being viewed by a user may be received. The system may determine whether a file is associated with a first error indicating an inconsistency between the file and one or more other files related to the file. Based on determining that the file is associated with the first error, the system may retrieve, based on one or more file identifiers corresponding to the one or more other files, one or more other files associated with the inconsistency. The system may then generate for display (i) a visual indicator indicating the first error and (ii) one or more visual indications of the one or more other files associated with the inconsistency.

  • Patent number: 12039535
Abstract: The disclosed exemplary embodiments include computer-implemented systems, apparatuses, and processes that, among other things, generate and provision digital tokens based on dynamically obtained contextual data. For example, an apparatus may receive first information that characterizes an exchange of data initiated by a first application program executed by the apparatus, and may generate and transmit a signal to a computing system through a programmatic interface associated with a second application program executed by the apparatus. In some instances, the first signal may include the first information and data that instructs the computing system to obtain a digital token representative of a data type available for use in the data exchange. The apparatus may also receive a second signal that includes the digital token and based on the digital token, perform operations that present second information characterizing the available data type on an interface.

  • Patent number: 12040460
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method of selectively charging or discharging a system with multiple battery packs connected in parallel when at least one of the battery packs has a significantly different voltage or states of charge (SOCs) than the other battery packs. The method includes charging or discharging the battery pack(s) with a voltage or state of charge (SOC) farthest from a target value until the voltage(s) or SOC(s) is within a range of another battery pack at which point the battery packs may be connected and charging or discharging can resume for the set of connected packs. This process is repeated until all the battery packs are at a predetermined minimum or maximum voltage or SOC threshold. The present disclosure also provides a method for selectively operating and charging at least one of a plurality of battery packs depending on the respective states of the battery packs.

  • Publication number: 20240181312
Abstract: The “Pincer Paddle” is a novel racquet for use in any suitable sport but especially for table tennis. It allows a player to hit the ball with both the front and back sides of the paddle blade on the both the forehand and backhand, when driving, pushing or smashing. Since a player is allowed to use different rubbers on the front and back of the paddle this can make it easier to add spin to the ball or handle the spin put on the ball by the other player depending on which rubber is selected. The ergonomic design allows a player to make these shots over a greater range of angles even when reaching or when close to the body.

  • Publication number: 20240064032
Abstract: The disclosed technology relates to assessing and securing credit risk using credit worthiness tokens issued in a blockchain network responsive to particular financial events. An exemplary blockchain node device may store an issuance smart contract associated with an identity and including a first wallet address and allocation parameters. An event query may be sent to an oracle device external to the blockchain network. The event query may include the identity. Event data associated with the identity may then be received from the oracle device in response to the event query. A number of credit worthiness tokens is determined based on an application of the allocation parameters to the event data. The determined number of credit worthiness tokens is then allocated to the identity via the first wallet address. Thereafter, the credit worthiness tokens can be transferred or collateralized, e.g., and can represent credit worthiness for the identity across financial institutions.
