    Abstract: A process for the determination of serum inorganic phosphate utilizing a centrifugal analytical photometer. By optimizing the concentration of surfactant and surfactant media, the reaction rate is increased and the pretest mixing time reduced. The improved process is particularly useful for the rapid and accurate determination of inorganic phosphate in body fluids, such as blood serum.
