Abstract: A collapsible pole stand for holding a pole may include a shaft; a pair of arms extending from a top end of the shaft, wherein the pair of arms form an upward V-shape; a middle collar rotatably engaged with a middle section of the shaft; a pair of long legs attached to and extending from the middle collar, wherein the pair of long legs form a downward V-shape; a lower collar engaged with a bottom section of the shaft; and a pair of short legs attached to and extending from the lower collar, wherein the pair of short legs form a smaller downward V-shape.

Abstract: A system and method of offering photofinishing services involves receiving an exposed photographic film from a customer; developing and scanning the film to produce a digital image; displaying examples of a plurality of looks on a color display medium to a customer; receiving a selection of a preferred look from the customer; and applying the selected look to the digital image to produce a processed digital image having the preferred look.

Abstract: A method for modifying at least one calorimetric attribute of a predetermined region (22,24) of a motion picture frame (20) in which metadata associated with the motion picture frame (20) is provided, the metadata defining the predetermined region (22,24) of the frame (20). A colorimetric transform is applied to pixels within the predetermined region (22,24), modifying the at least one colorimetric attribute thereby.
