  • Patent number: 12001536
Abstract: Various examples described herein are directed to systems and methods for managing an interface between a user and a user computing device. The user computing device may determine that an audio sensor in communication with the user computing device indicates a first command in a user voice of the user, where the first command instructs the user computing device to perform a first task. The user computing device may determine that the audio sensor also indicates a first ambient voice different than the user voice and match the first ambient voice to a first known voice. The user computing device may determine that a second computing device associated with the first known voice is within a threshold distance of the user computing device and select a first privacy level for the first task based at least in part on the first known voice.

  • Publication number: 20240089169
Abstract: Various examples described herein are directed to systems and methods for providing a user interface at a plurality of computing devices. A first interface application executing at a first computing device may determine a first state for a user interface. The first interface application may detect a set of user computing devices for providing the user interface to a user and select a second computing device that is in the set of user computing devices based at least in part on the first state of the user interface. The first interface application may send a description of the user interface to the second computing device.

  • Publication number: 20240086856
Abstract: A computer-implemented system and method are provided for adaptively controlling communication activity of a communication system. The method stores user information comprising contact preferences, a goal, and account information. The system may receive external information by a trigger engine which applies a trigger rule to determine a degree of relatedness between the goal and at least one of external information and the account information. When the degree of relatedness exceeds a threshold, then the contact preferences may be used to format a communication related to the external information based on the contact preferences. The system may then send the communication to the user by the communication entity according to the contact preferences, and, based on a feedback or lack of feedback from the user related to the communication, adjust at least one of the contact preferences, the trigger rule, or a weighting factor of the trigger rule.

  • Patent number: 11388245
Abstract: A system includes at least one hardware processor and a memory storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one hardware processor, cause the at least one hardware processor to perform operations including receiving consumption data associated with a user consuming content on one or more user computing devices, determining a preference associated with content consumption of the user based on the received consumption data, the preference including one or more of a delivery time, a computing device of the one or more user computing devices, and a venue, receiving a new content item, determining one or more of a target delivery time, a target computing device of the one or more user computing devices, and a target venue based on the determined preference, and transmitting the new content item to the target computing device for presentation to the user.

  • Publication number: 20220051581
Abstract: A computer-implemented system and method are provided for preparing and transmitting an education content module to a user. The method comprises receiving educational information and processing the educational information to produce an education content module that is tagged based on its content with a content engine. The tagged module is stored in an educational content module database in a memory of the system. The following preferences are determined and stored: a user packaging preference for packaging of the education content module, a user delivery preference for delivering the education content module, and an educational interest preference for locating educational information. Responsive to a trigger criterion associated with the user being met, contents of the education content module are formatted into a formatted education content module according to the user packaging preference, and sent to the user via the network interface according to the user delivery preference.

  • Patent number: 11238385
Abstract: A computer-implemented method may include retrieving, using at least one processor, a goal associated with a user from a user profile; generating, using the at least one processor, based in part on contextual information associated with the user, a plurality of metrics for the goal; based on the plurality of metrics and using the at least one processor, generating an action recommendation with respect to completion of the goal; and presenting the action recommendation to a user device of the user.

  • Patent number: 11240316
Abstract: A system includes at least one hardware processor and a memory storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one hardware processor, cause the at least one hardware processor to perform operations including receiving an initiation message associated with a collaboration event between a first user and a second user, the collaboration event is initiated by the first user, determining a target device from a pool of computing devices associated with the second user based on usage history of each computing device in the pool of computing devices, initiating a collaboration session with the second user via the target device, and presenting collaborative content to the second user via the target device during the collaboration session.

  • Patent number: 11080605
Abstract: Systems and techniques for interest matched interaction initialization are described herein. A first set of profile attributes for a first user and second set of profile attributes for a second user may be obtained. A first set of data sources and a second set of data sources may be identified respectively using the first set and second set of profile attributes. A first dataset and a second dataset may be collected respectively using the first and second set of data sources. An interest vector model may be generated using data elements of the first dataset based on an interest identified in the first dataset. The second dataset may be evaluated using the interest vector model to identify the interest as a shared interest in the second dataset. An interaction initialization item may be generated by identifying content associated with the shared interest. The interaction initialization item may be transmitted to a device.

  • Publication number: 20200401966
Abstract: Systems and techniques for response generation for predicted even-driven interactions are described herein. A set of event data and a set of interaction data may be obtained. The set of event data and the set of interaction data may be evaluated to determine a correlation between an event that corresponds to the set of event data and an interaction that corresponds to the set of interaction data. A set of profile data may be collected that is associated with the interaction. The set of profile data may be compared to a user profile to determine a predicted interaction. Options to respond to the predicted interaction may be transmitted to an administrator based on the comparison.
