  • Patent number: 5891391
Abstract: A clothing deodorizer for deer hunters. The deodorizer includes a bag in which is placed the clothing to be deodorized of human odor. Within the bag a perforated container holds a granular material which can adsorb the human odor from the clothing. An object which can pulverize the granular material is placed in the container, so that as the bag is tumbled e.g. in a clothes dryer the object grinds the granular material into a powder which comes out through the perforations, contacts the clothing, and adsorbs the human odor exuded by the clothing.

  • Patent number: 5451282
Abstract: A method for protecting luggage in transit. A strip is made of a material which adheres to itself but not to the luggage or to a lock for the luggage. The strip is wrapped around the luggage and the lock, and the ends of the strip are pressed together, causing them to stick to one another and seal the luggage and the lock. If further protection is desired, a strand of wire, rope, cord, string, or the like is tied over the strip used to seal the luggage and lock, and a second strip of the same material wrapped over and around the strand, the first strip, the luggage, and the lock, and used to further seal the luggage and the lock by pressing the ends of the second strip against one another.

  • Patent number: 5327667
Abstract: A device and method for luring deer. The device includes first and second flexible strips. The first strip has first and second ends, and an absorbent middle portion. The second strip has first and second ends, and an absorbent middle portion. The first end of the first strip is attached to the first end of the second strip, and the second end of the first strip is attached to the second end of the second strip. A fragrant liquid having a scent which attracts deer is sealed in a brittle container, which is sandwiched between the absorbent portions of the strips. When the container is crushed, the liquid escapes and is absorbed by the strips, from which it emits a scent which lures deer to the site from which the scent is coming.
