  • Publication number: 20240192710
Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to dynamic power curve throttling. In an exemplary embodiment, a computer-implemented method for enabling dynamic throttling of an engine includes graphically displaying a graph of a linear throttle line for the engine including an idle speed in revolutions per minute (RPM) and one or more operating speeds in revolutions per minute; using a graphical user interface to alter the linear throttling line into a non-linear dynamic throttling line; and generating a table based on the non-linear dynamic throttling line, the table including dynamic throttle increments that vary based on RPM and that are usable by a controller for dynamic throttling of the engine.

  • Publication number: 20240068910
Abstract: Exemplary embodiments are disclosed of controllers (e.g., control panels, etc.) configured to be operable for detecting cavitation using torque load and/or instantaneous fuel consumption. In exemplary embodiments, a controller is configured to be operable for monitoring at least one of engine torque load and/or engine instantaneous fuel consumption for fluctuation (e.g., significant drop/downward fluctuation in average magnitude and/or erratic, noisy, fluctuating data, etc.) indicative of pump cavitation, thereby enabling the controller to be operable for alerting to indications of pump cavitation when fluctuation of the monitored engine torque load and/or engine instantaneous fuel consumption indicate pump cavitation.

  • Publication number: 20240019816
Abstract: Exemplary embodiments are disclosed of controllers with machine learning and systems including the same. In exemplary embodiments, a controller is configured to include or be operable for executing a machine learning process during which the controller learns normal level(s) of parameter(s) (e.g., system component(s) and/or sensor(s) parameters, etc.) to be monitored across a full operational range of a system component, which, in turn, enables the controller to compare the monitored parameter(s) to the learned normal level(s) for detection of issue(s) or problem(s) associated with the monitored parameter(s), e.g., regardless of the RPM at which the engine, machine, motor, or other system component is operating, etc.

  • Patent number: 11710019
Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for providing information describing a fault code for an object. A display device having an electronic display detects a fault occurrence event in the object. The display device determines a fault code indicative of the fault occurrence event and one or more parameters associated with the fault code. The display device generates a machine-readable code representing the fault code and the one or more parameters.
