  • Publication number: 20240170714
Abstract: A energy storage device for cycling between a charged state and a discharged state, the energy storage device including an enclosure, an electrode assembly and a non-aqueous liquid electrolyte within the enclosure, and a constraint that maintains a pressure on the electrode assembly as the energy storage device is cycled between the charged and the discharged states.

  • Publication number: 20240145099
Abstract: A respiratory disease analytics system provides respiratory disease risk reports to a patient, provider, or third-party entity describing a patient's risk of experiencing a medication usage event given data in a geographic region. Regional data, including air pollutant conditions, weather conditions, demographic information, built environment factors, and regional health conditions for a geographic region are accessed from other sources and assigned based on event data recorded during a medicament usage event, as collected by sensors associated with the patient's medicament device/s. The regional data is assigned to medicament usage events occurring within a period of time. The assigned regional data is analyzed to determine an expected number of medication usage events for the geographic region occurring over the period of time.

  • Patent number: 11961952
Abstract: A secondary battery is provided for cycling between a charged and a discharged state, the secondary battery including a battery enclosure, an electrode assembly, carrier ions, a non-aqueous liquid electrolyte within the battery enclosure, and a set of electrode constraints. The set of electrode constraints includes a primary constraint system having first and second primary growth constraints and at least one primary connecting member, the first and second primary growth constraints separated from each other in the longitudinal direction, wherein the primary constraint array restrains growth of the electrode assembly in the longitudinal direction such that any increase in the Feret diameter of the electrode assembly in the longitudinal direction over 20 consecutive cycles of the secondary battery is less than 20%.

  • Patent number: 4552268
Abstract: This relates to a flip top box type carton wherein there is a top portion which is rupturable relative to the remainder of the carton so as to permit the top end of the carton to open. The carton, however, is so constructed wherein when reclosed, it is light-tight. The carton is particularly adapted to have received therein an inner carton in which a film package is placed. The carton is of a construction wherein it may be erected in situ around the inner carton containing the film pack. The sides of the carton are so constructed at the lines of rupture therealong wherein inner side panels have projecting portions which both facilitate the reclosing of the carton without hang up of the top portion and also to make the corners light-tight.

  • Patent number: 4433778
Abstract: This relates to a display carton which is provided with an automatic tilt feature. An end wall of the carton extends down below the bottom wall so that when the carton is seated on a suitable support, the bottom wall slopes downwardly. There is provided a foldable interlock between the end wall and side walls and bottom wall of the carton whereby when the carton is erected, it will be locked in its erected open state with the end wall automatically positioned relative to the bottom wall to effect the tilting of the carton. The tilted carton permits the dispensing of a plurality of upstanding small articles from the carton with the articles leaning against the other end wall of the carton so as to maintain their upright positions when they are no longer supported by the large quantity of articles within the carton.
