Abstract: A holder is provided for holding a smokeless cigarette device around a neck of a user. The holder includes a hollow cylinder configured to receive a smokeless cigarette device, the cylinder comprising two opposing, open ends and a generally circular sidewall extending between the two open ends, wherein the sidewall comprises a first aperture and a second aperture, the first aperture positioned opposite from the second aperture; and a cord comprising a first end coupled to the first aperture of the sidewall and a second end coupled to the second aperture of the sidewall, wherein upon insertion of the smokeless cigarette device, the cord is positioned between the sidewall of the cylinder and the smokeless cigarette device to secure the device to the cylinder.
