Abstract: A system and method are provided that allow investors to perform an automated comparative analysis of a limitless number of investment opportunities on a tick by tick real-time basis. The comparative analysis is based on both objectively retrieved data and data subjectively inputted data by the investor. A result permitting comparison of investment opportunities is arrived at using a customized scoring criteria established by each investor for each type of stock portfolio. The system and method further permit the investor to monitor his or her portfolio and make appropriate adjustments based on the remaining profitability of current option positions and take appropriate measures to insure the portfolio against a major market correction.
