Abstract: A cutting assembly includes a core tube. A plurality of blades extends radially outwardly from and is releasably supported by the core tube. The cutting assembly also includes a support member and a sealing member. The support member releasably supports a portion of each of the plurality of blades. The sealing member has a first substantially planar surface cooperating with the support member to secure the portion of each of the plurality of blades intermediate the support member and the first substantially planar surface of the sealing member.

Abstract: The yield strength of UNS C17460 BeCu alloy can be significantly enhanced without compromising electrical conductivity or bend formability by age hardening the alloy during manufacture using two separate heat treatment steps and cold rolling the alloy for enhancing age hardening response between these two heat treatment steps rather than before age hardening begins as in current technology.

A hold down system presents the edge of the workpiece to the finishing head. The rotating transfer station includes a clamp for grasping a leading corner of a workpiece while rollers continue to drive the workpiece forward, thereby rotating the workpiece 90°.
