  • Publication number: 20040165948
Abstract: An Interconnector device designed to couple the top corner castings together on two ISO containers providing both horizontal pull strength and compression as well as the required 3″ spacer between the outer face of the castings. The device is designed in two pieces rather than just one to overcome the problem of inadequate grip for designs that must be inserted horizontally.

  • Patent number: 6695557
Abstract: A security seal assembly is designed to provide detection of tampering with or the removal of a wheel lug nut, particularly on a truck tire. The Security Seal is designed as an indicative seal rather than theft seal. When the seal is fitted onto the wheel lug nut, it prohibits access to the nut unless the cover is broken.

  • Patent number: 6460227
Abstract: The invention is directed to a locking device which can be engaged in a conventional ISO aperture of a corner casting of an upper and lower shipping container stacked on a carrier to lock the containers together. The locking device has a housing having a compression pad with an upper and lower shear block. A spring-biased twist-head is engaged to the upper shear lock, and a spring-biased hook is engaged in the housing. When the upper and lower shear block of the lock are respectively engaged in the ISO aperture of the upper and lower corner castings of the stacked containers and the twist-lock and the hook are each in a closed position within the corner casting, relative movement between the containers is limited.
