An operator may configure target compliance information, identify target computers to test for compliance, schedule compliance checks and manage ongoing compliance checks through a user interface. After receiving target compliance information and scheduling information, the compliance management system automatically scans the host systems for evidence, determines a state of compliance from the evidence, and may provide reports and other information to an operator. Once the compliance state for a business group is determined, compliance state information can be reported.     Abstract: A method for the reduction of acrylamide in food products, food products having reduced levels of acrylamide, and an article of commerce. In one aspect, the method comprises reducing the level of asparagine in a food material before final heating (e.g., cooling). In another aspect, the method comprises adding to a food material an enzyme capable of hydrolyzing the amide group of free asparagine. In yet another aspect, an article of commerce communicates to the consumer that a food product has reduced or low levels of acrylamide or asparagine.
