  • Publication number: 20220041867
Abstract: A vehicle surface treatment composition includes a colloidal inorganic oxide dispersion or a soluble silicate amenable to application to both porous and semi-porous vehicle hard surfaces to provide a multi-surface protective barrier that imparts water repellency and weathering protection properties to the vehicle finish. The composition provides a hard surface cleaning and forms a coating to the applied surface. The compositions provide treated surface properties that include keeping clean, scratch/mar defense, bug repellency, UV protection, and weathering defense. The compositions create treated surfaces that are highly smooth and lubricious which provide enhanced protection, while achieving a high luster finish with a streak free appearance. The composition is readily applied through resort to a conventional trigger spray application, propellant aerosol, or a sponge or cloth for wipe application onto the vehicle surface.

  • Patent number: 9658744
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate generally to allowing users to create their own image navigation experiences. As an example, a set of panoramic images may be identified using manual and/or automated methods. One or more suggested potential paths connecting ones of the panoramic images may be determined. This information may be displayed to a user with an interface that allows the user to create and change relationships between the panoramic images. For example, users may activate the suggested paths and create connections between the panoramic images of the set. Users may also draw their own connecting paths between panoramic images. The panoramic images and the connections between them may be used to provide a navigation experience.

  • Patent number: 7551177
Abstract: Disclosed are methods and apparatus for accomplishing the fetching or sampling of channels of pixels or texels such as neighboring pixels or texels or non-neighboring pixels or texels in a simultaneous operation in order to achieve optimization of the performance of a texture pipeline. In particular, logic is disclosed including selector logic configured to retrieve data including a plurality of channels from each of a plurality of pixels or texels and operable to select one channel from the plurality of channels of the data from each of the pixels or texels. The logic also includes combination logic configured to combine two or more of the selected channels into a single vector, such as an RGBA vector representing the color.

  • Publication number: 20070182753
Abstract: Min-axis based mip map determination logic receives a plurality of texture space derivatives with respect to screen space for a given pixel and texel location and selects from a plurality of mip map levels a mip map level based on a min-axis without using a max-axis value and without using an amount of anisotropy. The plurality of mip map levels corresponds to mip map levels of a mip chain. The min-axis may be identified as the squares of the texture space derivatives with respect to either the x-axis or the y-axis of screen space. Selecting the mip map level based on the min-axis ensures that each texel of the selected mip map never maps to more than one pixel during texture mapping where the main texture is of sufficient resolution. Thus, using the mip map level based on the min-axis to fetch texture data from memory and render images results in few aliasing artifacts.
