  • Patent number: 11945900
Abstract: The present disclosure provides an orthodontic article including the reaction product of the polymerizable composition. Further, the present disclosure provides polymerizable compositions and methods of making an orthodontic article. The method includes obtaining a polymerizable composition and selectively curing the polymerizable composition to form an orthodontic article. Further, methods are provided, including receiving, by a manufacturing device having one or more processors, a digital object comprising data specifying an orthodontic article; and generating, with the manufacturing device by an additive manufacturing process, the orthodontic article based on the digital object. A system is also provided, including a display that displays a 3D model of an orthodontic article; and one or more processors that, in response to the 3D model selected by a user, cause a 3D printer to create a physical object of an orthodontic article.

  • Publication number: 20240099815
Abstract: Structured surfaces are described. In one embodiment, the structured surface comprises a plurality of structures having a complement cumulative slope magnitude distribution (Fcc) such that at least 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 or 90% of structures have a slope greater than 10 degrees; and less than 80% of the structures have a slope greater than 35 degrees. In other embodiments, the structures comprise peaks and valleys defined by a Cartesian coordinate system such that the peaks and valleys have a width and length in the x-y plane and a height in the z-direction and at least a portion of the peaks and/or valleys vary in height in the y direction and/or the x-direction by at least 10% of the average height. Articles and methods are also described.

  • Patent number: 6185109
Abstract: An electronic chassis includes a first card guide attached to the electronic chassis. The first card guide includes a plurality of openings formed therein. The first card guide further includes a channel positioned between each of the plurality of openings to receive a plurality of circuit boards. A first electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding screen is positioned adjacent the first card guide. An air filter is positioned within the electronic chassis, and is spaced-apart from the EMI shielding screen to allow room air to flow through the air filter and to allow filtered air to be distributed along the plurality of openings.

  • Patent number: 6146153
Abstract: An adapter apparatus for transmitting electronic data includes a circuit board having a first side and a second side. At least two male connectors are positioned adjacent to the first side of the circuit board. Each of the at least two male connectors includes a plurality of transmit-receive pairs of pins. Each of the plurality of transmit-receive pairs of pins includes a pin for transmitting data and a pin for receiving data. A first pin header is positioned adjacent the second side of the circuit board. The first pin header includes a plurality of pins for receiving data. A second pin header is positioned adjacent the second side of the circuit board. The second pin header includes a plurality of pins for transmitting data. The plurality of pins for receiving data and the plurality of pins for transmitting data are operatively connected to the plurality of transmit-receive pairs of pins.

  • Patent number: 6129557
Abstract: An apparatus for mounting a transition connector and a telephone connector back-to-back on circuit board is provided. A circuit board is adapted for placement in an electronic chassis and includes a front side and a back side. A transition connector is operatively connected to the front side of the circuit board. The transition connector includes a plurality of spaced apart pins arranged in a first row and a second opposing row. The first row is spaced apart from the second row a first distance. A telephone connector is operatively connected to the back side of the circuit board opposite the transition connector. The telephone connector includes a plurality of spaced apart pins arranged in a first line and a second opposing line. The first line is spaced apart from the second line a second distance. The first distance is greater than the second distance. The first and second lines are positioned between the first and second rows.

  • Patent number: 5064060
Abstract: A kit contains a plurality of mounting strips that are releasably attached to a backing element and which can be permanently fixed to a container of a container/cap combination, and a plurality of cap attaching elements which are releasably attached to the backing element and which can be permanently fixed to a cap of the container/cap combination. The mounting strips and the cap attaching elements all have releasably fastening elements, such as hook-and-loop fasteners, which cooperate to releasably attach a cap mounted cap attaching element to a container mounted mounting strip when the cap is removed from a container covering position whereby the cap will be kept in a convenient location during use of the container.
