    Abstract: A dispenser construction including a housing section for moist tissue and a housing section for dry tissue is provided. The housing sections are joined together and are spaced apart from each other to form a slot through which a conventional spindle support for toilet tissue can be passed. The spindle supports the dispenser construction. Alternatively, the housing sections can be joined together by a section of sections which includes a hole sized to accommodate a spindle support.
