  • Patent number: 5855547
Abstract: A vacuum pump has a bulb whose wall is composed of elastic material and has a first protuberance projecting into the interior of the bulb and a second protuberance projecting outwardly of the bulb. The first protuberance has an air intake passageway for communicating with a chamber that is to be evacuated and the second protuberance has an air exhaust passageway communicating with the interior of the bulb. Each of the protuberances has a slit that is pressed closed by the inherent elasticity of the protuberance material so they serve as check valves. When the bulb is squeezed air pressure developed in the bulb acts on the interior air intake protuberance to close its slit and the slit in the exterior air exhaust protuberance is forced open to exhaust air from the bulb. When the squeezed bulb is relieved the elastic bulb expands to create negative pressure in the bulb which closes the exhaust slit and opens the air intake slit.

  • Patent number: 5779621
Abstract: A gauge strip of flexible material having distal and proximal end portions has a cursor slot in its proximal end portion with graduation marks and penile constriction ring size indicia between the end portions for the distal end of the strip to be passed through the cursor slot to form a loop that is pulled tight on the penis for the cursor slot to coincide with an elastic ring size indicia that is read to select a ring or vacuum tube penis entry opening of the appropriate percentage of the penis size for developing an erection by vacuum exposure, maintaining an erection with the ring, or using the ring as a condom retainer.

  • Patent number: 5695444
Abstract: An elastic ring for assisting a male to obtain and maintain an erection has two prongs circumferentially spaced apart and extending from the inside diameter of the ring inwardly of the ring opening and has a protuberance formed on the inside of ring substantially diametrically opposite of the prongs. The device is capable of encircling the penis and scrotum so as to apply a compressive force rearwardly of the root of the penis so that the external conspicuous part of the penis and the more concealed root part can become rigidified or erect and involved in the sexual act.

  • Patent number: 5195943
Abstract: An elastic restrictor ring is transferred from the periphery of a vacuum cylinder into tight surrounding relationship to the base of a penis undergoing vacuum therapy by means of a sleeve on the cylinder contiguous with the restrictor ring. The sleeve is provided with a camming surface that reacts against a fixed cam element on the cylinder such that when the sleeve is rotated it is cammed axially toward the end of the vacuum cylinder in which case the restrictor ring is forced off of the cylinder and onto the base of the penis.

  • Patent number: 4628915
Abstract: A cone and an integral cylinder projecting coaxially from the base of the cone. A sleeve is slidable onto the cylinder and detents latch the sleeve on the cylinder. An elastic ring which is for contracting on the penis to maintain an erection, is expanded by sliding it over the cone until it slips onto the sleeve. The sleeve is unlatched by twisting it to depress the detents and is slipped off of the cylinder with the elastic ring on it. The sleeve with the ring on it is slipped to the base of the penis and the ring to slid off for contracting.

  • Patent number: 4539980
Abstract: A central elastic ring having elastic loops attached to opposite sides. The loops are of sufficient size to insert fingers on opposite hands into them whereupon when the hands are spread away from each other the elastic ring enlarges for being set on the root of a penis. When released the ring contracts to act as a check valve for enabling blood to be massaged into the penis and to prevent its outflow to thereby obtain and maintain an erection. An accessory provides for mounting the elastic ring on a rigid sleeve which can be fitted over the penis so the elastic ring can be slid off at the root of the penis.
