The processor may also be configured to provide access for the first entity to either grant access or deny access by the second entity to at least a portion of the ticketing data. In such a method, the arrival time is determined based at least in part on an estimated travel time associated with the first haul truck traversing the travel path, or a recorded travel time associated with the second haul truck traversing the travel path ahead of the first haul truck.
