A front support plate and lower sensor/dispenser plate assembly form an L-shaped support bracket. A refillable contain, a micro pump and a dispenser nozzle are stacked on the support bracket. The support bracket pivots from a closed position, to an outwardly angled open position to facilitate refilling of the container.
