  • Patent number: 10997478
Abstract: An example of an apparatus including a memory to store a plurality of print profiles and sample page data. The apparatus includes a selection engine to select a first print profile and a second print profile from the plurality of print profiles. The apparatus includes a printing device to generate a first print sample in accordance with the first print profile and to generate a second print sample in accordance with the second print profile. The apparatus includes an input device to receive input to identify a preferred print sample. The apparatus includes a processor coupled to the memory and the input device, wherein the processor is to direct the selection engine to select a third print profile based on the first print profile, the second print profile, and the input to generate a third print sample for comparison with the preferred print sample.

  • Patent number: 10638008
Abstract: In an example, an apparatus is described that includes a transparent platen, a substrate, an array of light sources, and a sensor. The substrate is positioned on one side of the platen and has substantially uniform reflective properties. The array of light sources is positioned on an opposite side of the platen from the substrate and includes a plurality of light sources that emits light in a visible spectrum and a light source that emits light in an invisible spectrum. The sensor is positioned on the opposite side of the platen from the substrate and detects reflected portions of the light in the visible spectrum and the light in the invisible spectrum.

  • Publication number: 20190132469
Abstract: Example Implementations relate to scanning with destination marks. For example, a system according to the present disclosure, may include a computing network including a plurality of destination points, and a scanning device coupled to the computing network. The scanning device may receive a first destination mark and first document settings associated with the first destination mark, as well as first destination instructions associated with the first destination mark. The scanning device may send a first scanned document having the first document settings to a first destination point among the plurality of destination points, in accordance with the first destination instructions and in response to identification of the first destination mark on the first scanned document.
