  • Patent number: 12000856
Abstract: Aspects herein are directed to a support garment testing system comprising a torso form having a motion tracking sensor associated with one or more breast structures of the torso form. A support garment is secured to the torso form, and the torso form is mounted on a motion platform that, when actuated, causes displacement of the breast structures. The amount of displacement is measured by the sensor, and the data is used to assign a level of support provided by the support garment.

  • Patent number: 11995773
Abstract: A computer-implemented method and system for navigation and display of 3D image data is described. In the method, a 3D image dataset to be displayed is retrieved and a highlight position is identified within the 3D image dataset. A scalar opacity map is calculated for the 3D image dataset, the opacity map having a value for each of a plurality of positions in the 3D image dataset, the respective value being dependent on the respective position relative to the highlight position, and on the value of the 3D image at the respective position relative to the value of the 3D image at the highlight position. The opacity is applied to the 3D image dataset to generate a modified 3D image view.

  • Patent number: 11860321
Abstract: A radiation latency measurement system, having a pulse detector connected to a radiation detector mounted within a phantom that is configured to be positioned within a radiation treatment system which delivers a radiation dose to the radiation detector. The pulse detector has a first circuit that applies a high voltage bias to the radiation detector and a second circuit that amplifies the voltage signal from the radiation detector with a fixed gain first amplification stage and a variable gain second amplification stage. A first comparator receives the amplified signal and generates an output signal when the amplified signal exceeds a specified voltage level and a second comparator that processes and filters the output signal. The timing of receipt of the radiation dose signal may be compared to the position of the radiation detector in order to measure a radiation dose latency of the radiation treatment system.

  • Patent number: 11686419
Abstract: A prefabricated composite concrete element for use in a corrosive sewer environment. The concrete element has a hollow reinforced cast concrete portion with at least one end having connection details, a premolded corrosion resistant inner plastic liner. The plastic liner lines an interior of the hollow concrete element and the connection details to provide abutting liner faces in an assembled joint to limit exposure through said joint of said concrete portion to corrosive materials arising in said sewer environment. At least two prefabricated composite concrete elements may be assembled end to end at a joint to form a concrete sewer system. Also disclosed are a method of prefabricating such a composite concrete element.

  • Publication number: 20220357926
Abstract: A quantum random number generator is provided that can generate more secure random numbers in consideration of at least one of imperfection of quantum bits or imperfection of a projective measurement equipment. In this generator, the functional configuration of a random number extractor differs from a conventional configuration, and the random number extractor acquires a probability distribution of measurement expectation values from information of a random number sequence for measurement basis selection used in the equipment, and at least one of information of imperfection of the equipment measured in advance, or information of imperfection of a quantum bit generator. Then, an estimation probability is calculated by using the probability distribution of the measurement expectation values, and a measurement result in a binary bit string output from the equipment is compressed by the calculated estimation probability to extract a secure random number.
