  • Publication number: 20240125567
Abstract: Disclosed are methods for coating aluminum alloy heat exchangers that include the use of a waterborne top coating. By using a waterborne top coating, relative to a solvent borne, useful advantages can be achieved, such as improved penetration depth of the top coating. An example method includes cleaning a surface of a heat exchanger; contacting the surface of the heat exchanger with a first mixture to provide a passivation layer on the surface of the heat exchanger; contacting the passivation layer with a second mixture in a bath and applying a positive charge to the bath to provide an electro-coating on a surface of the passivation layer; and contacting the electro-coating with a third mixture, the third mixture including water and a polymer resin having anti-corrosion and ultraviolet protection properties, to provide a top coating including the polymer resin on a surface of the electro-coating.

Abstract: An enteral feeding tubing connector comprises a body, a bore extending through the body, and a collet slidably disposed in the bore at a first end of the body. The collet is dimensioned to receive and engage a portion of tubing inserted into the collet, and is configured to resist withdrawal of the tubing from the bore and body upon application of force to the tubing that moves the collet out of the bore. A lock is provided on the first end of the body, and is configured to selectively engage the collet and prevent movement of the collet outward relative to the body. A tubing connection is provided at a second, opposite end of the body, the tubing connection providing fluid communication between another portion of tubing, the bore extending through the body, and the portion of tubing inserted into the collet.

  • Publication number: 20170278136
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems, methods and computer program products for processing readable indicia for targeted data extraction and interaction manipulation. The invention receives an alternative interaction request from a user over a network that indicates the user's interest in a resource provided by a first entity at a first entity location. The invention generates tailored alternative interactions for the user based on selectively extracted interaction and resource data procured from competing entity systems. The alternative interactions are transmitted to the user in real-time, wherein at least some of the alternative interactions are not associated with the first entity. The user accepts or denies the one or more alternative interactions to trigger an interaction completion process on an entity system. Additionally, the invention may interrupt an in progress interaction to provide a user with alternative interactions before the in progress interaction can be completed.
