    Abstract: The present invention teaches systems and methods for providing a non-clumping insulating fabric suitable for use in clothing and bedding comprising: a fiber fill layer comprising a plurality of fibrous insulative elements; an adhesive layer having an adhesive surface for binding material coming in contact with the adhesive surface; wherein each insulative element of the fiber fill layer is bound to the adhesive surface forming a continues layer of secured insulative elements; repeating this layering process to reach a desired insulative value; and wherein the adhesive layer and the fiber fill layer are at least partially enclosed by a cover for preventing the fibrous elements from being dislodged from the adhesive layer and preventing the fibrous elements from being soiled.

    Abstract: A modular conduit system for routing communications lines within the interior of a structure is disclosed. The conduit system comprises a modular housing for containing electrical wiring and other communications cables. In certain embodiments, the modular housing is configured to be installed along an edge of an inner wall covering. The modular housing includes ports for enabling outlets to be connected with the contained electrical wiring. The modular housing also includes a housing cover for enclosing the electrical wiring and communications cables within the housing. The housing cover is removably mounted with the modular housing. The housing cover can be removed in order to enable access to the electrical wiring and communications cables without interfering with or causing damage to the inner wall covering of the wall structure, for example.

    Abstract: The present invention teaches systems and methods for improving the thermal efficiency of an existing refrigeration system having a heat exchanger comprising: an enclosure having side walls for enclosing at least a portion of the heat exchanger and being removably attached to the existing refrigeration system; a venting system for flowing cooling air within proximity with the heat exchanger and releasing the cooling air to an outside environment in order to increase a release of heat from the heat exchanger, wherein the enclosure is operable for reducing heating of an inside environment by the existing refrigeration system, or by functionally channelling the heat so it increases heat when desirable while minimizing the impact to refrigeration.

    Abstract: A fabric made up of multiple cables and multiple panels is provided for roofs, ceilings, and wall hangings. The cables are arranged in sets of three over the area to be covered, and the panels are suspended between the cable sets to complete the fabric. Specifically, each panel has four attachment points and is suspended between two adjacent cable sets such that it attaches to two of the three cables in each set on either side of it. More specifically, each panel attaches to the middle cable of the two sets on either side, and to the top cable in one set and the bottom cable in the other set. This particular arrangement creates overlapping rows of overlapping panels that viewed from one perspective resembles overlapping shingles on a conventional roof, but when viewed from another perspective reveals that the individual panels are held apart by the cable sets to allow air and light to diffuse through.
