  • Publication number: 20240170856
Abstract: Omni-directional orthogonally-polarized antenna system for MIMO applications are disclosed herein. An example antenna system comprises two arrays of horizontally polarized radiating elements, and two arrays of vertically polarized radiating elements, each array having roughly 180-degree radiation pattern, disposed about a central axis in a common horizontal plane, arrays of common polarization separated by 180-degrees. Also, the example antenna system includes at least one printed circuit board having a saw tooth pattern, wherein uniform coverage in both vertical and horizontal polarization over 360 degrees is provided using beamforming and polarization diversity.

  • Publication number: 20240115103
Abstract: A cleaning wipe including a first nonwoven having a plurality of first nonwoven strips and a second nonwoven having a plurality of second nonwoven strips. The first nonwoven and the second nonwoven are each gate folded. More than about 10% of the second nonwoven strips are bent so that the free ends of the second nonwoven strips are bent out of plane relative to the fixed ends of the second nonwoven strips.

  • Publication number: 20240115101
Abstract: A product including a previously unopened closed container and a plurality of cleaning wipes contained in the container. The cleaning wipes include a first nonwoven having a plurality of first nonwoven strips and a second nonwoven having a plurality of second nonwoven strips. More than about 10% of the second nonwoven strips are bent so that the free ends of the second nonwoven strips are bent out of plane relative to the fixed ends of the second nonwoven strips.

  • Publication number: 20240115102
Abstract: A cleaning wipe including a first nonwoven having a plurality of first nonwoven strips, a second nonwoven having a plurality of second nonwoven strips, a third nonwoven having a plurality of third nonwoven strips, and a fourth nonwoven having a plurality of fourth nonwoven strips. The cleaning wipe includes a central bonded portion and the fourth nonwoven is further joined to the third nonwoven by a pair of outboard bonds. More than about 10% of the second nonwoven strips are bent so that the free ends of the second nonwoven strips are bent out of plane relative to the fixed ends of the second nonwoven strips.

  • Publication number: 20240116662
Abstract: A process for packaging a product including the steps of providing a cleaning wipe that includes nonwoven strips and moving the cleaning wipe in a direction aligned with the longitudinal axis of the cleaning wipe. A gas is moved from positions on opposite sides of the longitudinal axis and beyond the longitudinal edges of the cleaning wipe to bend the free ends of the nonwoven strips out of plane relative to the fixed ends of the strips.

  • Patent number: 11936114
Abstract: Omni-directional orthogonally-polarized antenna system for MIMO applications are disclosed herein. An example antenna system can have two arrays of horizontally polarized radiating elements, and two arrays of vertically polarized radiating elements, each array having roughly 180-degree radiation pattern, disposed about a central axis in a common horizontal plane, arrays of common polarization separated by 180-degrees, such that MIMO processing of signals to the arrays of common polarization results in a radiation pattern that is substantially constant over 360-degrees in azimuth.

  • Patent number: 4958654
Abstract: A normally closed check valve has an ephemeral seal on the entry side thereof which blocks fluid flow through the check valve at pressure differentials acting across the check valve which would normally open the check valve and cause fluid flow to occur through the check valve. The ephemeral seal is a high viscosity material which when heated to a temperature well above the normally encountered ambient temperature will become of sufficiently low viscosity to flow from the check valve entry and be removed from blocking the opening of the check valve. The ephemeral seal is usually so heated by operation of the mechanism in which the check valve and ephemeral seal are installed, such operation normally creating sufficient heat to heat the ephemeral seal to that temperature which causes it to be of sufficiently low viscosity to flow away from the check valve entry. The mechanism disclosed which uses the check valve and a preferred embodiment of the ephemeral seal is a disc brake caliper assembly.

  • Patent number: 4162595
Abstract: A prefabricated sawtooth roof assembled from a plurality of roof modules houses solar energy collector panels which comprise a part of a solar energy collector system wholly enclosed within a building envelope. Each roof module comprises a glazed, insulated, watertight unit and may also include other shop installed mechanicals such as plumbing, heating, ventilating, lighting and electrical equipment. Each roof module has at least one structurally hinged panel section which is collapsed for highway transportation and pivoted to erection position as the module is hoisted from its carrier to the top of a building wall or other supporting structure.
