Abstract: A curved gambrel with an asymmetrical design, having an incline end on one distal end and a hooked end on the other. The gambrel will hold a mass, for example, the hocks of the animal, on the incline end and hooked end for skinning and quartering. When the inclined mass is removed from the incline end, which is much easier than removing from a hook, the remaining hooked mass will hang securely from the hooked end.
