  • Patent number: 11721332
Abstract: In various embodiments, a voice command is transmitted while the user is performing an activity. The user’s activity is determined, along with follow on actions for the request. If the user is performing an interaction-limiting activity, subsequent actions may be presented in a simplified display to reduce the likelihood that user interacts with the display. Additionally, certain follow on actions may be considered complex. If a complex follow on action occurs during an interaction-limiting activity, the request may be flagged and delayed until the user has completed the interaction-limiting activity.

  • Patent number: 11709138
Abstract: Information relating to a target molecule in a sample volume containing sample molecules is obtained by applying a sequence of temporally varying fields in a field direction to the sample volume caused by acoustic forces and/or by electromagnetic fields where the sequence of temporally varying fields is chosen to produce a sequence of at least two different perturbed molecular configurations for said target molecule in the sample and where the perturbed molecular configurations are at least in part correlated with the direction of said applied fields. A sequence of probe radiation is applied on the sample molecules and interaction radiation is collected for measuring amplitudes of the interaction radiation collected for a plurality of directions and/or polarizations which are related to the field direction. Where reference spectra are available from previous experiments, the method can be used for identifying a target molecule in the sample volume.

  • Patent number: 11710623
Abstract: A processing chamber such as a plasma etch chamber can perform deposition and etch operations, where byproducts of the deposition and etch operations can build up in a vacuum pump system fluidly coupled to the processing chamber. A vacuum pump system may have multiple roughing pumps so that etch gases can be diverted a roughing pump and deposition precursors can be diverted to another roughing pump. A divert line may route unused deposition precursors through a separate roughing pump. Deposition byproducts can be prevented from forming by incorporating one or more gas ejectors or venturi pumps at an outlet of a primary pump in a vacuum pump system. Cleaning operations, such as waferless automated cleaning operations, using certain clean chemistries may remove deposition byproducts before or after etch operations.
