    Abstract: A method for processing a semiconductor wafer in a single wafer processing chamber may include heating the single wafer processing chamber to a temperature in a range of 650-700° C., and forming at least one superlattice on the semiconductor wafer within the heated single wafer processing chamber by depositing silicon and oxygen to form a plurality of stacked groups of layers. Each group of layers may include a plurality of stacked base silicon monolayers defining a base silicon portion and at least one oxygen monolayer constrained within a crystal lattice of adjacent base silicon portions. Depositing the oxygen may include depositing the oxygen using an N2O gas flow.

The invention degrades sludge produced by treatment of the wastewater to reduce or eliminate the need for sludge dewatering and disposal. The invention also reduces the amount of nutrient additives required to sustain the aerobic wastewater treatment process. In one embodiment the invention includes the steps of (a) providing an aerobic treatment system receiving a supply of the wastewater; (b) treating a supply of the sludge to rupture microbial cells present therein to produce treated sludge having an increased liquid:solid ratio and an increased degradation potential in comparison to untreated sludge; (c) conveying a supply of the treated sludge to the aerobic treatment system; and (d) substantially degrading the supply of treated sludge in the aerobic treatment system. The treated sludge may optionally be subjected to anaerobic digestion prior to delivery to the aerobic treatment system.

    Abstract: An exercise assembly includes an exercise handle with a grip base suitable for resting on a floor, and a grip elevated above the grip base. A user can situate the grip bases of a pair of the exercise handles on the floor, grasp their grips, and then perform push-ups. The grip bases can also be mounted to the top of a door or to other overhead structure, and the user can then grasp their grips to perform chin-ups. Preferably, this is done by providing a cradle which mounts to the door or other overhead structure, wherein the exercise handles may be firmly (but removably) nested into the cradles to mount them to the structure. The exercise handles may also bear passages or attachments for receiving elastic (or inelastic) cables for use in performing further exercises.

    Abstract: A strap attachment device includes a main body with a lower body end that has an opening suited for a strap. Based on its position, a cam lever at the opening of the lower body end holds or releases the strap, permitting adjustment of the length of the strap that enters the opening. Extending upward from the lower body end is an upper body end that is curved into a hook or any other shape appropriate for connection to an object. A flexible or translatable gate may extend from the main body so as to prevent the upper body end from inadvertently becoming detached from the object. Slip-resistance on the upper body end resists slippage between the upper body end and the object during side-to-side movements. Ends of the strap may include a loop or handle or connect to other devices.

Alternatively, sequential proppant stages may be introduced into the formation wherein at least one of the proppant stages contain a ULW proppant and where at least one of the following conditions prevails: (i.) the density differential between the first proppant stage and the second proppant stage is greater than or equal to 0.2 g/cc; (ii.) both the first proppant stage and the second proppant stage contain a ULW proppant; (iii.) the rate of injection of the second proppant stage into the fracture is different from the rate of injection of the first proppant stage; or (iv.) the particle size of the second proppant stage is different from the particle size of the first proppant stage.
