  • Patent number: 4924912
Abstract: The invention provides an electrofluidic pin transducer (64) which maintains a stable null setting for a control pin (46). In the control mode of operation, the pin (46) is rotatable in a conventional manner about a first axis which is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (140) of the pin. In the null setting mode, a cam arrangement (120,122,128) is employed to effect rotational movement of the pin (46) about a second axis (136) which is perpendicular to the first axis and parallel to the longitudinal axis (140) of the pin. This arrangement effectively makes control independent on null setting.
