    Abstract: An improved disc harrow (10) for cutting and leveling soil comprises a rigid frame (14) having a front pair of gang assemblies (36, 38) and a rear pair of gang assemblies (62, 64) secured thereto. The disc gang assemblies (36, 38, 62 and 64) are arranged in double-offset relationship. The forward pair of disc gang assemblies (36, 38) extend laterally outward from points located on opposite sides of a longitudinal line to effect harrowing across the entire width of the invention without leaving an uncut balk.
